She has successfully led biotech companies and CRO organizations, built GMP-compliant manufacturing facilities, and secured substantial EU funding to drive innovation. Agne has a proven track record in building and scaling biotech companies, shaping national life science strategies, and driving industry innovation. As an advisor to the Lithuanian government on life science policy and a National Association Committee member at EuropaBio she is recognized as a key opinion leader in the biotechnology sector, with a track record of fostering strategic partnerships and high-impact industry collaborations.
