abc biopply has just released a new application note to perform fluorescent based viability/cytotoxicity tests on spheroidal and non-spheroidal 3D constructs.

The method allows real-time observations of the conditions of 3D constructs during the time course of an experiment. It is very easy to perform and requires no manipulation of individual 3D aggregates.
